RETURNS & REFUNDS

Eligibility

Returns apply only to items marked as “IN STOCK.”
To be eligible, the product must present a manufacturing defect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, color, or personal preference.
Items marked as “SALE” are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Customized Items

Products marked as “CUSTOMIZED” are final sale.
These items are made or adjusted specifically for each order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at: returns@j-grin.com
Include your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
A return shipping label will be provided within 3 business days.

Return Locations

Returns can be processed through our designated offices in:
· Houston
· Madrid
· Bogotá
· Lima
The nearest available return point will be assigned accordingly.

Inspection & Resolution

Once the item is received, our team will inspect the product to validate the defect.
If approved, you may choose one of the following options:
· Replacement or product exchange
· Store credit
· Refund to the original payment method
If the returned item does not meet the conditions under which the return was originally approved, the return will not be accepted as valid. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply, along with the cost of return shipping, which will be charged to the customer.
